GNSS Solutions Ltd is led by Dr. Chris G. Bartone and supported by a wide variety of independent consultants and
administrative staff. The company is an outgrowth of the seminars and consulting services previously provided by Dr.
Chris Bartone, P.E. (DUNS Number: 010743107 and CAGE Code: 43P12) doing business as CNS Seminars and
Consultants, Ltd in the area of communications, navigation, and surveillance (CNS) systems. Our focus is quality. In
the past, we have focus on providing high quality, specialized on-site seminars which are tailored to the customer’s

Technical Expert Legal Services have been performed in the areas of GPS and wireless technology for patent
litigation, contract protests, and civil action suits. We have experience in claim construction, patent infringement, patent
validity/invalidity, expert and rebuttal reports, depositions, declarations, motions for summary judgment, and trail
testifying. We have substantial experience in patent cases.
