GNSS Solutions Ltd ION GNSS 2008 Tutorials Seminars Registration Information

Registration and payment for tutorials can be accomplished in a variety of ways, as detailed below:

Off-line Registration: Download off-line registration form and fax it securely via a secure socket layer (SSL) to us toll-
free 877-444-5770 (f) (US & Canada), or 740-205-4123. Credit Card (CC) orders will be processed by trained
GNSS Solutions staff using our Bank of America merchant account. If you prefer, we can email this off-line registration
form to you. Send a quick request at info@GNSSsolutions.com.

On-line Registration: Use the on-line registration form. This is a two step process:

Build you order. We use a shopping cart utility (Mal's cart), on server http://ww10.aitsafe.com/cf/add.cfm.
Once your order is configured, click "Go to Payment" page, and you will be on a secure server at https://ww10.
aitsafe.com/cf/add.cfm. Then you will be presented with 4 check-out options:

"Credit card": CC orders will be processed by trained GNSS Solutions staff using our Bank of America
merchant account.
"Payment by PayPal. You will be directed to secure server: https://www.paypal.com. There you may pay by CC
or other PayPal methods.
"Preregister now, please call me for payment information". This will hold your spot, we'll contact you.
"Preregister in Group". For groups of 3 or more where discounts apply. You may preregister here and we
can contact your organization point of contact (POC).

Order by Phone: Just give us a call at 740-591-1660 (m).

Cost: Early and Standard Registration fees are established on a per attendee basis as shown in table below.

Lower than GSA Pricing - Quality you can count on.

(If you use the shopping cart, we use a base price for each course and then add a "Discount" to make the cost work out.)

Discounts: Several discounts may be available. One discount per person/order, claim at time of order:

Group discounts are available for organizations who register three or more individuals, for at least four tutorials.
First two attendees pay the early/standard registration fees; the third and above attendee receives a 15% discount.
ION Members discount: Current ION Members receive a $30 discount voucher. (type in "ION" in shopping cart)
Student discount: Full-time Student Rate of $125 per 1/2 day session ($115 for extended evening session) with
proof of full-time student status and official school ID; please use off-line registration method.
Flexibility discount: For attendees who want to take some tutorials elsewhere (at ION GNSS 2008) and some with
GNSS Solutions. If you take:

Two 1/2 day sessions elsewhere, and at least one 1/2 day session with GNSS Solutions, receive a $50 discount voucher.
Three 1/2 day sessions elsewhere, and two sessions with GNSS Solutions, receive a $100 discount voucher.
Three 1/2 day sessions elsewhere, and three sessions with GNSS Solutions, receive a $150 discount voucher.
(Proof of session registration required. Call or email for discount voucher code.)

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation letter and/or email from GNSS Solutions within 7 working days. All orders
are subject to confirmation of proper pricing. Please bring the confirmation letter you receive with you when you check-
in at the tutorials.

Walk-in Registration on-site: Welcome at any time. If we run out of handout booklets, we'll mail them to you.

Payment: Credit card, check, transfer (call for instructions), 1556, PO, cash.

Changes: All changes must be received by GNSS Solutions by September 1, 2008 to ensure you receive the proper
handout booklet at the tutorials.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received by GNSS Solutions by September 5, 2008 for a refund.

Substitutions: Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at any time.
